Vendor Registration
Reserve your vendor space for the Community Resource Fair 2026 hosted by Historic St. Paul A.M.E. Church on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at 251 N. Upper Street, Lexington, KY.
This registration is for vendors who would like to participate in this community-focused event. Businesses, food vendors, and nonprofit organizations are welcome.
Registration Includes
✔ One 10’ x 10’ vendor space
✔ Opportunity to engage with community members
✔ Opportunity to network with other organizations and vendors
Vendor Setup
• Setup begins at 9:00 AM
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup and breakdown
• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, and other necessary materials
• All items must fit within the assigned 10’ x 10’ space
Important Information
• Vendor space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
• Registration deadline: April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM
• Additional event details and instructions will be shared prior to the event

Historic St. Paul A.M.E. Church is among Kentucky’s oldest continuously active African American congregations. Organized in 1820 in Lexington, Kentucky, our congregation has carried forward more than two centuries of faith, worship, service, and community.
Our historic 1826 sanctuary is a significant African American historic site with documented connections to the Underground Railroad and continues to serve as a living place of worship and ministry.
Rooted in faith, freedom, education, service, and community, Historic St. Paul remains committed to honoring the legacy entrusted to us while serving present and future generations.
Purchases from the Historic St. Paul Marketplace help support our ministry, special programs and events, community outreach, and the ongoing preservation of our historic 1826 sanctuary.
